Dear Rosemary and Chris, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the after sales service provided that was above and beyond anything expected. The fantastically competitive prices most certainly do not reflect any compromise on customer care. We naively bought one of the few Westfire stoves that were not compliant for smoke free zones - please check your specific stove to avoid this happening to you (don’t assume clean burn is DEFRA approved). Rosemary dug us out of our very expensive hole by selling us an alternative, and then Chris personally delivered it to us and collected our original one, for no additional expense other than the difference in cost of the stove. Rosemary maintained excellent telephone communication during this process. Chris also provided some helpful information regarding our requirements for the flue. We hope that this testimonial will encourage more customers to choose Rosemary and Chris at stovesite, Manor House Fireplaces as from our experience, you can't go wrong (well - as long as you do your homework properly in the first place).
